The organization team of the Aerospace Manufacturing Symposium Cádiz 2019 wants to ensure a multicultural experience to all its participants and wishes to grant an opportunity to all local groups of EUROAVIA to attend to this event.

Application Rules

EUROAVIA Cádiz will host up to 20 participants.
First round of applications starts from Dec 19th, 2018, at 20:00 CET (19:00 UTC). It will finish on Jan 5th, 2019, at 23:59 CET (22:59 UTC). During this round of applications participants will be accepted in the following way:

  • First 2 International Board members;
  • One trainer;
  • First WGs member;
  • First member from each (P)AS/(P)AM in first come, first served order.

At the end of the first round of applications, the second applicant of each (P)AS/(P)AM, according to the first come, first served criteria, will be accepted as partipant. If once finished this first round of applications the number of participants is under 20, a second round of applications will be opened.
The second application period will start on Jan 6th, 2019, at 00:00 CET (23: 00 UTC).It will be closed once we had reached 20 participants confirmed.

During this second round, participants will be accepted following these criteria:

  1. Being the first applicant of their AS.
  2. Being the second applicant of their AS.
  3. Balance nationalities.

In case of having a draw between 2 or more applications, we will apply first come, first served criteria.
At the end of the second application period, if we don’t have applications that meet with the previosus criteria, the Participants list will be completed with the people from the Witing list respectig the order.

Payment Rules

Participation fee is 100€.
It will cover 4 nights of accommodation, each of the meals during the event, and transportation within the event. Travel costs to Cádiz will be covered by each participant. AS Cádiz will not provide accommodation outside of the event dates, however, feel free to contact us, we will help you find a solution for any extra days.

The payment information will be provided to the participants via email, once confirmed by their (P)AS/(P)AM or WG.

Cancellation Rules

Dec 29th, 2018 23:59 CET (22:59 UTC)
Free cancellation deadline. 25% of the fee must be paid if the participant cancels after this date.

Jan 12th, 2019 23:59 CET (22:59 UTC)
After this day, participants must pay 50% of the fee in case of cancellation.

Jan 26th, 2019 23:59 CET (22:59 UTC)
After this day, participants must pay 75% of the fee in case of cancellation.

Feb 9th, 2019 23:59 CET (22:59 UTC)
After this day, participants must pay 100% of the fee in case of cancellation.

Participants are admitted due to a cancellation, will have one (1) week of free cancellation, from the moment the email of their acceptance is sent. After this week, the cancellation fee will be according to the periods listed above.
